Shipping and returns information



Shipping and Handling

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receipt.  Personalized items may take 2-4 days longer.  Hand Decorated Cookies and Chocolates can take up to 2 weeks to ship as the are made to order.  Please contact us if you need items quickly.
 
Shipping is done either by First Class Mail, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground and is detemined per package.  If you need your items quickly, then please contact us for expedited shipping quotes. admin@babyshowermarketplace.com
 
You will not pay more that $3.85 in shipping charges, regardless of the size of your order(unless expedited shipping is requested).


Returns

100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed!  If you are not completely satisfied with your items, we want to know.  We offer a no hassle/no questions asked 30 day return policy.  Returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving product.  Return shipping is not refunded.
 
Food items are not returnable.  However, please contact us with any concerns.  We will work together towards a different resolution.
